But that means that you have to be in front of them when they're ready to buy. In other words, you have to have a drip feed and constant follow up system because if you don't, someone else will land that business.
That "someone else" will be the person who either:
A) Followed up religiously, or (more likely)
B) Got lucky enough to cross paths with your customer at the right time.
