One of the main advantages of using our UltraNet system is our Applicant Management System. This system allows visitors to your website to register their details and property requirements into your database. You can also input details of clients who walk in to your agency, or contact you through press advertisements or by other means.
 
Once you have all your applicants in one central location, you have the ability to filter applicants by location, assign staff to applicants and automatically match properties for printing or emailing.
 
How it works:
 
  • A visitor on your website will click on the button to receive "Regular Updates"
  • He will enter his contact details, including his email address and property requirements
  • The system will notify you of his registration, enabling you to do an "automatic" property match to his requirements and emailing those properties with a covering email
  • Every week the system will email him a listing of all the properties added or updated in the last week which match his requirements
  • When he is ready to start looking for property he will contact YOU!

As simple as that!

  • When an email is received by an applicant they can click on each property which brings them back to your website again.
  • They can then use the integrated contact form on the property page to make a further enquiry about that particular property or to arrange a viewing.
  • You will receive a weekly report of all emails sent, enabling you to follow up each applicant that has received an update and make sure that the properties are suitable for them.
  • At any stage, you can manually list all properties which match the applicant's requirements. This list can then be sent as an email or printed as a shortlist or as a mini-brochure, with one property per page.

The applicant match feature can also be used in reverse, so if you add a new property to your system, you can click a button to automatically generate a list of applicants that would be interested in this property. Then you just click another button to generate an email which will be sent to all the matching applicants with the full details of that property.
 
This is a great time saving feature and potentially takes the role of a full or part time assistant keeping all your potential clients up-to-date with all your latest properties and price reductions.
